Forgive the brevity of this post. I’m on the run and have to make this short and sweet.
I went to Ottawa County’s Lincoln Day Dinner last night.
I was invited by the Hoekstra campaign to get signatures on Pete’s nominating petition at the door. Along with that came a free dinner. I was happy to do both.
There was a straw poll taken during dinner and the results were given around 10pm. Below are the winners.
Governor – Pete Hoekstra
SOS – Michelle McManus
AG – Bill Schute
US Congress 2nd dist. – Bill Huizenga.
There were approx. 350 people attending. Below is a pic of about half the crowd. I will post more later as I have to get to work.
